"From the heart of Minnesota/ Here comes the Purple Yoda!" Prince has set up shop in New York for the past two months, bringing his glyph-shaped stage to New York's Madison Square Garden and New Jersey's lzod Centerfor a string of wild show's. There have been moment of divine genius (his guitar solo on "The Beautiful Ones," on December 18th), deep cuts("sometime lt Snows in April,"from Parade) and unexpected covers (Sarah McLachlan). The likes of uestlove and cornel West have been turning out to pay homage. The best news: He's still adding dates.
