Unbelievable is a documentary of  rich man called JACK, who so much loves his wife SUSANA. One day, it was very early in the morning around 6:00 am, his wife went out for walk with their little dog.

JACK is still on the bed.  When he woke up he discovered that his wife was not yet back.  He became worried because it was very late and unusual. 

Then he decided to go out and search for her, he wanted to use the elevator to go down stairs but noticed the elevator is not working.  Then he used the steps and there is a large number of people at the elevator  struggling to open it.  JACK rushed and asked them "What is going on here?"  "Someone stuck inside more than 3 hours and also water is coming up from no where and water level is too high now."  The security answered him.  JACK tried to help them to open the elevator then voice came from inside "help!! help!! immediately JACK recognised the voice.  

Then he shouted "SUSANA! SUSANA!! is that you?"  SUSANA respond "JACK! JACK!! yes it's me, please help me."  He became more worried.  The other people around there join them to open it but realise they can not.  JACK called his wife and told her "Hold on, I'm going to get more people to help you."
